Activity Book

The Building Foundations for Healthy Relationships (BFFHR) Activity Book is a resource developed by CARES Northwest for parents, caregivers, and other trusted adults to use with children ages 8-15. Through engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities, it helps adults and youth learn together about empathy, consent, boundaries, healthy communication, and respectful relationships while fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening connections.
